Bright and cheerful Palak Malaviya, a BBA student from SP Jain has spent four years studying in three of the world's top business hubs, Singapore, Dubai and Sydney. In each city she has conducted projects with top companies and has connected with peers from all over the world. A good listener, an excellent communicator with multicultural competency, her passion for counselling will help students process their challenges in developing their personality and plan goals and action. Her one to one interaction (guidance and assistance) will benefit the students and will give clarity by planning schedules, recommending right courses and determining appropriate career paths for different types of students. It will also help students sharpen their skills to navigate through career and life’s up and downs

I have a heart for helping and love to see the spark that happens when youngsters find their place. I love that I get to be a part of encouraging current generation to pursue, embrace and find a passion that not only changes the way they think, but significantly helping people improve their lives. – Palak Malaviya, Student Counsellor, Growing Minds.
